Article 2 (Application of these Terms of Service)
These Terms of Service are established for the use of this Service provided by us via the Internet by the User. The User is deemed to have accepted the contents of these Terms of Service at the time they begin using this Service.
Article 3 (Changes to these Terms of Service)
We may change these Terms of Service within the scope of the purpose of this Service when we deem it necessary. If the User and the Purchaser use this Service after the changes to these Terms of Service, they are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms of Service.
Chapter 2: Purchase of Products
Article 4 (Purchase of Products)
- Users may purchase products from us using this Service.
- When a User wishes to purchase a product, they shall apply for the purchase of the product in accordance with the procedures separately established by us.
- A sales contract for the product shall be formed between the User and us at the time when, following the application, the User clicks the button to place an order after confirming the delivery address, order details, and other information they have entered and registered, and subsequently, we send an email to the User confirming the order details.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if there is any illegal or inappropriate act regarding the use of this Service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
- A minor User may not purchase products using this Service without obtaining the prior consent of a qualified legal representative.
Article 5 (Changes to Registration Information)
The Purchaser shall promptly notify us if there is any change in whole or in part to the name, address, or other matters reported to us at the time of purchase. Even if a change registration is made, any transaction that has already been processed before the change registration shall be based on the information prior to the change.
Article 6 (Payment Methods)
- The payment amount for a product is the sum of the sales price displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling charges.
- Payment for products purchased through this Service shall be limited to payment methods stipulated by us.
- When paying by credit card, the Purchaser shall follow the terms and conditions separately contracted with the credit card company. If any dispute arises between the Purchaser and the credit card company in connection with the use of the credit card, the Purchaser shall resolve it at their own responsibility.
- When using a payment method designated by this Service, and where the Purchaser has a separate contract (including but not limited to agreement to the terms and conditions related to the payment method) with the payment company that provides said payment method, the Purchaser shall follow the conditions separately contracted with the payment company. If any dispute arises between the Purchaser and the payment company in connection with said payment method, the Purchaser shall resolve it at their own responsibility.
Article 7 (Return of Products)
We will handle the return of products from the Purchaser in accordance with the "Special Provisions Concerning Returns" in the "Notation regarding the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" posted on our site.
Chapter 3: Handling of Personal Information

We will handle personal information in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.
Chapter 4: Responsibilities in Usage
Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)
In using this Service, we prohibit the User or the Purchaser from engaging in the following acts:
- Acts that cause, or may cause, inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or us.
- Acts that infringe, or may infringe, upon the copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us.
- Acts that are contrary to public order and morals, or other acts that violate laws or regulations, or may do so.
- Acts where the User or Purchaser uses content obtained through this Service outside the scope of private use.
- Acts of reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or disclosing content obtained through this Service via other Users or third parties other than other Users, and similar acts.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service and other services provided by us.
- Acts that we reasonably judge to be inappropriate, such as damaging or disparaging our credit.
- Other acts that we judge to be inappropriate.
Chapter 5: Disclaimer
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
- We shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to third parties by the User or Purchaser violating these Terms of Service.
- We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, or any other matter concerning the contents of this Service or the information obtained by the User or Purchaser through this Service.
- As a general rule, we shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the User or Purchaser through the use of this Service, nor shall we be obligated to compensate for such damages. However, if the contract based on these Terms of Service between us and the User or Purchaser constitutes a consumer contract under Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000) and the disclaimer clauses do not apply, the provisions in these Terms of Service that fully exempt us from liability shall not apply. Furthermore, in cases where the contract based on these Terms of Service constitutes a consumer contract and we are liable for damages based on default or tort, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the User or Purchaser to us under these Terms of Service during the one year preceding the date of the damage.
- In cases where the Purchaser fails to receive or refuses to accept the product, is unable to receive the product due to long-term absence, the delivery address is unknown, or the Purchaser is unable to receive the product for other personal reasons, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our obligation to deliver the product and shall be exempt from said obligation by contacting the contact information registered by the Purchaser and by bringing or delivering the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous Provisions
Article 11 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
Content provided through this Service shall exclusively belong to us or to third parties who hold valid rights. If a problem arises between the User or Purchaser and a third party in violation of the provisions of this article, the User or Purchaser shall resolve such problem at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause us any damage, loss, or disadvantage.
Article 12 (Governing Law)
The governing law for these Terms of Service shall be the laws of Japan.
Article 13 (Consultation and Competent Court)
In the event that any matter is not stipulated in these Terms of Service or any doubt arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Service, we and the User or Purchaser shall resolve it promptly through consultation in accordance with the principle of good faith. It is agreed in advance that for all disputes related to these Terms of Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
